Mindfulness and Authentic Communications
This series of five Saturday workshops is available only to students who have attended previous Mindful Journey programs, and to experienced meditators interested in developing authentic communication with others. In this series, mindfulness meditation practice will be combined with sensory-emotional awareness and empathy based active listening. These combined practices form a basis for more open, genuine, and compassionate relationships.

Introductory Programs 2016

The Mindful Journey will not be offering an introductory series of programs this year. Those interested in exploring traditional group mindfulness practices and teachings are encouraged to seek Tibetan, Zen and Insight Meditation centres in their local areas. We specifically recommend exploring two centres:
