Mindful Journey Training
The Mindful Journey Training program presents a series of guided meditation practices, readings, awareness exercises, talks, and discussions. Monthly Saturday workshops and Tuesday evening meditation sessions are held from September through May. This ongoing program is open to beginning as well as advanced students. Fees for this program are often covered by supplementary health insurance plans for psychological services.
Introduction to Meditation
The Mindful Journey offers free introductory classes for those who wish to learn about mindfulness meditation, body-mind integration, and personal growth. See the Program Schedule for available classes. Those who cannot attend an introductory class may arrange for an individual session with Dr. Rappeport.
The Mindful Journey offers free public talks several times a year for those who wish to learn about mindfulness meditation. Please contact us if you belong to a group or organization interested in learning about meditative approaches to growth and well-being.
One-day and weekend workshops are sometimes offered on specific topics. Workshop topics currently being considered include:
